Payment and Shipping

We are a mother and daughter team. This is our Hobby so All of our Adults and Puppies are inside our Home. It is not our source of Income since we only make enough to pay for our expenses. They are all part of our family which comes first , we just let them have babies and enjoy raising them. We are not a Commercial Kennel and we don't do this as a Business so we only have a couple litters in each breed every year. I love keeping up our website so people can watch our puppies grow.

All of our Males wear Male Wraps (which are like male diapers). Our dogs/puppies are housebroken and use wee wee pads when they cannot go outside(when it's raining, freezing, etc.) Our females don't have litter after litter. We skip their heats every other heat or sometimes even 2 heats. So they are not always having puppies. We started in 2004 with a litter of poodles. We also got our first pair of Maltese and Bichon that year also. We have had a couple poodle litters many many years before we started again in 2004. We only have vinyl floors throughout our house. So it is easy to keep clean.

All puppies are Adopted to Approved homes only. All homes will be well screened for our Teacup sized puppies. And we must talk to you over the phone before a deposit is placed. We have the right to refuse to sell a person a puppy at anytime or stop the sale of a puppy. If the home is found not suitable for the puppy. If a deposit has been placed the deposit will then be refunded. Our Teacup puppies (poodles or maltese) must go to homes with no small children. Also there must be someone home most of the day( gone no longer than 4hrs) to care for these tiny puppies.We prefer our Bichons go to homes that are not gone for long periods of time as they are very merry dogs and do not like to be crated for long periods. If they are allowed the run of the house or a certain room when you are gone(once they are crate trained) that would be acceptable.

Phone calls are accepted from 9am-7pm CST. We prefer that we are emailed as the first contact since we usually can't get to the phone. But leave a message and tell us what puppy/litter you are interested in and we will return your call ASAP !

Since the puppies are raised in our Home and we are not a Kennel/Business. We are not open to the public for viewing our puppies/dogs. For security and the safety/health of our puppies we have some rules for visits. We do not allow our puppies to be seen before they are 6wks old or when they have their first shot(depends on weaning date and size of pup). If you have placed a deposit you are welcome to come pick your puppy up at our home. We mainly adopt off our website. If a puppy is ready and does not have a deposit on him/her we will show serious clients that want to see a specific puppy that is ready to go, that will be adopted and taken home that day. We must talk to you over the phone for you to answer some new owner questions. You must have an appointment. We must have at least 24hrs notice to show our puppies. We do not take appointments that just want to see the puppy in 30 min. Etc. Depending on our schedule sometimes we can show a puppy the day after you call if not sometime in that week. There are a lot of Viruses that can be spread by your shoes/clothes. There are strains that they are not protected against no matter what vaccines are given.

Prices of all puppies are determined by Size ,Color (for poodle )Conformation,Gender, Registration and Bloodline/Pedigree. All posted prices are FIRM. Our website is updated almost daily.

Bichon Frise are never priced on Size unless we get a rare tiny one(what is called a Mini Bichon). Bichon Range in Price from $700-$1200. Usually $700 male and $800 female without Champion Lines and $900-$1000 male and $1200 female with Champion Lines.

Poodles Range in Price from $650 for a Toy Male (8-9lbs) and go up to $2500 for a female of a rare color that will be about 3lbs.

Maltese Range in Price from $750 for a male that will be around 7-8lbs and go up to $2500 for a female that will be around 3lbs.

All the Above are ranges of what we Normally price our puppies at with Limited AKC Reg. (See below for more info on Limited/Full AKC). Price may vary for exceptional puppies. Prices may also change due to quality of puppy(may end up smaller or have more qualities show up.) before a deposit is placed, once a deposit is placed price will not change.

Poodle sizes are as follows( this is just for size estimate purposes only all of our Poodles are either reg Toy or Mini according to AKC )

Pocket(2-3lbs) Teacup(3-4lbs) Tiny Toy(5-6lbs) Toy (7-9lbs), Mini (anything over 10 in tall. They will usually weigh between 8-12lbs)

Maltese are not sized by AKC. This is for size estimate purposes only. Pocket(2-3lbs) Teacup(3-4lbs) Toy(5-6lbs) Standard(7lbs and up).

All our Puppies are priced with Limited AKC Reg. We want them to go to Pet homes as a priority. We do offer Full AKC Reg. If you are approved and there will be an additional Cost.

Why an additional Cost ? The most important is we have worked hard to get the lines we have and have worked double hard adding to them. Next you are getting Full Reg to breed which means you want to have puppies and sell them. It is expensive to raise puppies. You will have to be able to afford it.

Puppies can be reserved with a $300-$500 non-refundable deposit, depending on price of puppy. We do not hold a puppy unless a deposit has been placed or we are expecting a Deposit. Then they are held for 3-5 days. If we do not recieve the Deposit in that time the puppy will be reposted.We do not take deposits on Maltese or Poodles before they are at least 2wks of age or older so we can better determine their size. For Bichon and Designer Puppies deposits may be taken as soon as they are priced. Deposits are good until pick-up or release date if balance is not paid then the deposit is lost and puppy will be reposted. We are not responsible for any change of mind, so buyer must be sure when placing a deposit. Please E-mail or Call before placing a Deposit when I have the Paypal symbol displayed for you to make your payment to make sure the puppy is still available. I accept Paypal for the purchase of your puppy. I will pay the 3% fee for you on your deposit. If paying the balance or full amount using Paypal please add the 3% fee to your balance. For Deposits if here in Austin or surrounding areas we will accept a check , paypal or a postal money order and the balance must be paid in full(with cash, or paypal) by age puppy is ready(varies by breed.) or the pick-up date. Paypal takes a couple days if so if you are picking up and using paypal do so 4-5 days before pickup. If shipping, balance must be paid in full(by paypal, bank cashiers check or postal money order) 1 week prior to shipping. If sending 2-3wks before shipping a personal check will be excepted. If balance is not paid in full 1 week prior to shipping date or age puppy is ready if picked-up (Unless we have agreed to hold said puppy for pick-up/shipping for a later date. We usually do this for Occations like Christmas and Valentines, etc.), ownership of said puppy goes back to Tiny Tots Texas and Tiny Tots Texas can repost said puppy. Tiny Tots Texas also reserves the right to cancel a sale of a puppy before the balance is paid if we decided to hold a puppy for our breeding program.

Deposits with First and Second pick, etc. I take deposits with First pick girl and Boy then second pick girl and boy and so on with our Bichon since they are all the same color and about the same size. It is difficult to pick. The picks will be reserved in the order the deposit is placed. You must know if you want a boy or a girl at the time you place your deposit. When they are ready to go at about 7-8wks old we will have 1-2 families a day come and pick their puppies out in order. If shipping you can choose by the pictures or I can pick the first pick or next pick for you which ever you prefer.

All puppies are given a 1 yr health guarantee for their heart, kidneys and liver from their date of birth. They also have a 72 hr guarantee. Unless they are sold at a reduced price without any paperwork.

The registration papers are guaranteed at pick-up or arrival of your new puppy. Unless you are getting your puppy at a reduced price w/o paperwork.

Due to an Increase in Airfare/Gas shipping is now $300 for a puppy and crate weight of up to 9lbs.

Shipping is to anywhere in the U.S. and includes Airfare, Vet exam, Health Certificate, Travel Crate and Transportation to Airport. The above price is using Continental Airlines. If using Delta airlines or Northwest shipping is more. Some of Continental's flights do not carry pets to certain states/cities so we will use Delta.
If buying 2 puppies at the same time they can be shipped in the same crate. Shipping would then be only the cost for the additional weight/and or size of crate.

Age that a puppy is ready is determined by breed/size, Bichon are ready at 7wks of age, Poodles are ready at 7-12wks of age or older depending on size and Maltese are ready at 8-12wks of age or older depending on size. Puppies must be 8wks or older to ship(age varies by size of pup).

All Bichon Frise, Maltese and Toy/Mini Poodle puppies are registered with AKC(American Kennel Club). All AKC registrations will be marked limited (pet only) . Full reg. may be available at a higher cost and at our approval. We make no promises that they will be able to show or breed if Full reg. is given. All AKC female puppies that have an estimated adult weight of under 4lbs will be marked limited since they will be too small to breed.Our AKC males currently have not had enough litters to be DNA'D by AKC but when they do they will be. So they can continue to have AKC puppies. We do not do any other testing of the Parents at this time. All of our Mommies and Daddies are very healthy. Our Vet compliments us on the health of our puppies.

All puppies and Adults are kept up to date on all shots and wormings. Adults and older puppies are also kept up to date on heartworm preventative. We do use flea medication when we need to but we have not had fleas in over 2 yrs. All of our dogs stay indoors with us. They are house trained and use wee wee pads. We are not a kennel. We have 3 breeds but only have a small breeding program, just a few pair of each. Our puppies are home raised by our hands and all of our dogs are part of our family. They are also raised in a Smoke-Free environment.

We do not stud out our males and our Adult dogs are not for sale unless posted.
